By the grace of Allah (GTH), Helpers of the Mahdi held a camp in the summer of 2004 entitled ‘Soaring to the Only Beloved’. The camp was a wonderful success with very positive feedback recieved from the brothers who participated. Feedback was obtained via questionnaires that were sent to the participants after the camp. A comprehensive analysis of the feedback was conducted and graphical illustrations were produced. Below are some encouraging words from the participants:

Brother A: “This was the first camp organised by HOTM and MashAllah I am pleased to say that overall it was a success. It brought together youths from many cultures and backgrounds. We were also fortunate to have with us such learned speakers and I definitely got to learn a lot from them. The lecture topics were well picked as these are the main subjects that are of a concern to youths of today.”

Brother B: “Thank you so much for organising the camp. I feel I benefited greatly from it. I had little idea of what ‘Tafakkur’ was before the camp, but now I realise that it is an integral part of being a Muslim, a soldier of Al-Mahdi (as). (InshAllah everyone who worked to organise this event and other such events will be rewarded with Allah’s (SWT) infinite mercy and paradise). Wasalam.”
